PMQs: Blackford and Johnson on universal credit levels

The PM was asked to commit to making the temporary £20 rise in universal credit permanent by the SNP Westminster leader.

Boris Johnson said the “uplifting continues until March”, with the furlough scheme extended to the same date.

But Ian Blackford complained the PM had not answered his question.
